Staley Technologies Merges With Michigan-Based Positive Solutions Group

Little Rock-based Staley Technologies, a nationwide technology solutions provider, has acquired POSitive Solutions Group of Williamston, Mich.

The acquisition took place on 31.Dec.2020 and the announcement was made on 13.Jan.2020.

According to the release Andrew Faulkner, owner/CEO of Staley Technologies, will continue to lead, 

“We are excited to announce that POSitive Solutions Group will now be powered by Staley Technologies,” Faulkner said in a statement. “As the newest edition to the Staley Technologies family, this merging of companies will bring the most comprehensive suite of tools available in 2021—and moving into the future. We remain committed to serving our clients’ needs intuitively, and this merger will help us achieve that goal.”
